If
the Imo state government meaningfully embarks on Orlu regional water scheme soon, two
scenarios that may emerge are that within five to ten years it can complete it,
and perhaps, ask for reimbursement from the federal government through the
federal ministry of water resources; or that before the completion of the
project, the federal government delightfully takes over its execution just as
it did in Okigwe.
